I know this may sound really dumb, but is something wrong with being unable to get glob essence? Or is it just my bad number generators? I've killed glob multiple times today and got squat, while killing rutger and frostir 1-2 times got me their essences. Would be nice if someone can fill me in on this, thanks.
Yeah I had the same problem when farming for my amulet. I got Rutger and Frostir on my first try but took me 11 globs to get an essence xDQuote:

Its totally luck dependant. I got all of my 3 essences by my 3rd arena run. Its pure luck, my mage, wazukesy took around 53 runs to get rutgers essence.
its just random..got all in 5-6 runs on my warrior,its proving a little more difficult for my mage,on about 35 rutgers and no essence yet..just keep running
i have 10+ essences of all 3 bosses. Finally put planar relic in stash cuz the boss essences drop alot.
So I think it is just a matter of luck. Keep running..
Sadly I have not yet looted the recipe. Ran arena 30+ times yesterday again. I believe recipe is not for all.
