Are goblin lockeds the best lockeds to open to get arcane shard or just arcane pets?

I just cant find any videos or post where someone got an arcane shard from these crates. Most of them got arcane pets like maridos.

I read one post while back someone got Fossile after 3-4k plat . Didint see anyone else posting about getting a shard from goblin locks yet
