Is next update going to be free?

Is the next level increase area going to be free also, or will that cost plat?

The next campaign that raises the level cap will more than likely be free.

What's the usual time frame inbetween cap raises? I was introduced to PL just before Christmas, so, my first cap raise experience was with 1.7 back in February. When are we "overdue" for the next cap raise?
