I've noticed that a majority of my platinum has been charged to several name changes I've tried doing but wasn't successful because the names were already taken. I hope this will be addressed, a majority of my platinum were lost trying to change to another name.
i think the pats charged to change a name its a bit expensive... can be reduce as 20 plats...

Uhmm.. When I changed my bear name, I'm sure that wasn't the case. I tried KungFuPanda first and it said it was already taken, I then changed it to IKungFuPanda and got charged 50plat (and not 100plat).
