Not to be offensive, but Fantasma sucks.
It buff the player (me) with the same shield color (green). and when there's 2 player, it gives me Green and the other Red.
It follow's the sequence shown in the stable ;
"Rainbow Bright: Grants you and your allies four colored shields." I am suggesting you to buff the shield to the player RANDOMLY (which means different color everytime) - that'll be fun.
