well i seem to be wearing the best items possible to own but i dont seem to be able to pwn.skills allocation r 5 blast shot,5 armor break,3 thorn root,2 focus.
equips:lvl 15 pink gun,lvl 10 sniper helm,lvl 5 expert,lvl 10 dmg ring(8 dmg 2 hits),santa hat!
16 is more unique

Ok, well I'm no pro by any means. In fact I've never actually done pvp (I have a twink in the works), but I'm pretty sure that if you want help you're going to need to give us more info or perhaps even all the info. Things like: gear (best items possible is a bit vague) and stat allocation for starters. Then you may want to tell us your tactics (do you lead with armor break then thorn root or vice versa). I would imagine that some of this stuff would be a bit like showing everyone what's under the hood before racing, but if you want/need help it seems necessary. Screen shots may also be useful (if possible).
Also, why level 16? Don't most tourneys cap level by multiples of 5 (10, 15, 20)?

You don't have the dodge skill? It really helps having at least 1 at that skill. At level16, birds are vulnerable, very indeed. I am not very good at making twink birds, but the items you use will give you a high bonus. But a question, why don't you use the Level15 Sniper and Level15 expert leather, as they supply more armor. Are you going to stop at 16 or level to 20? If not, you are fragile against bears, one stomp and one slash can make you cry. I recommend using the twink bird wisely, and don't go bravely against bears in a 1v1. Suicidal mission. Try experimenting on builds, find some better ones. Hope I helped a tiny weeny bit. :D

thanks thelaw.theres no lvl 15 sniper helm and lvl 15 artisans or expert is hard to find.and putting focus or evasion more?
U should not twink with bird at lvl 16 in my opinion cuz dexbears dominate in lvls 10-30.
