Forgot and Genate password !! Help

PLEASE HELP ME
i have two account in PL
and this two account is use yahoo
one like XXXXX@yahoo.com and the other is XXXXX@yahoo.com.hk
( there is same user name in yahoo)

but there just have XXXXX@yahoo.com.hk only
and i just have play XXXXX@yahoo.com onlythis is because when i first time play this game i open a wrong character
that time i was so stupid dont know how to delete and create a new one
so i register a new account (XXXXX@yahoo.com)
the bigest problem is there is no XXXXX@yahoo.com, only have XXXXX@yahoo.com.hk
Now, i forgot the password of XXXXX@yahoo.com and i press forgot password
So, i cannot get my new password and cannot login the game...
Everybody know just have same user name in yahoo, this two account also is mine
i hope XXXXX@yahoo.com account's information to cover to XXXXX@yahoo.com.hk

i had sent a email to support@spacetimestudios.com , i hope reply to me fast...

Wait patiently that's all.

Is it can proof the account is mine?
