The proc s AoE damage affects allies. Not sure if it affects enemies but I know for a fact. I have experienced this in PvE and in PvP when I got killed by a teammate. It's pretty funny tbh, but I would rather have 400 dmg less to worry about.

The bombs from rogues also attack through walls in ctf, which gives them a head start when squaring up around a corner or behind a wall
It's been reported multiple times and a dev has also acknowledged it. No ETA as per when the bug is fixed though.
