Maybe thats one of the devs/game-testers that you run with without knowing it sometime ago? As one of the devs confirmed in a thread before (too lazy to dig the forums) that "they do" play the game like normal players starting from scratch.

Devs should play game. They should test weapons inside and they also should go pvp and pve maps and see what happen there. Just saying does they even go endgame / twink pvp?
