After opening weekly raffle thread page scoll down to the bottom of the page where u ll find similar threads section click on " Insiders weekly raffle #5(or any other week's) " there u can find the winners.

I've been joining that raffle for the past 2 and a half years. Never won once.
I won in week 2 2016, most of the winner is start from no 40
I won 3 times already
I use a random integer generator to come up with the numbers. You'll be able to see the results here: http://www.spacetimestudios.com/show...e-Winners-2016 and in game it should say something along the lines of your platinum has been adjusted, for which you can verify in your purchase history. :)
