What happen to the plat bonus?

As an old player of Arcane legends, for people who never ever buy plat before were give this offer where they buy plat and get additional plat cause its their first time buying. Just wanted to know what happen to those bonus cause i didn't buy plat once in this game and when i just got back into this game, the plat bonus was gone and my heart was broken cause i'm saving money to buy plat for myself instead of asking my parents for money to buy the plat which some parents (like mine) would say no to online credits. Please put it back in or explain why was that bonus removed? And when is the next platinum sales? Thanks guys and STS
