so... what is the latest opinion on this? did i miss something, or did the devs decide that the grates are now for decoration, and that this boss should be the easiest?

its pretty darn easy even with the grates, just got to move twice per rotation, and usually dead before the second one. buff up when all grates go up.
Has the boss become easier? Didn't feel much different from before.
What's wrong with the grates? I played earlier today and they were exploding as they normally do apart from the whole players activating it. Pretty sure taunt still works though lol.
He means the poison grates. There're probably people who don't remember they once worked...
Yep the grates in the boss room. Used to be a pattern of explosions.
I knew about the grates in the boss room being able to go off, but I haven't actually SEEN them go off.
oh those. yeah running to the corner and huddling together was fun :)
tbh only those who did not know the pattern did that, because you only got hit twice. knowing the pattern lets you move around and only get hit once by final blast.Quote:

Unfortunately, when you play 95%+ with pugs, you don't have the option of getting everyone to move around. It ends up easier to just huddle and aoe grates.Quote:

May e they should make the grate gass more visible... Green on green is harder to see. Maybe some really toxic looking red/yellow stuff would catch their attention lol.
The biggest problem was when ALL the grates would go off. That is the only part that deserves any type of nerf.
Cmon it's boring now.
I liked when fire traps didnt work in a week it was a good week, to bad the dev fixed it. Im just saying it cant be so bad..
Maybe they arent aware yet. I wish for them to come back soon too, i miss the challenge.
