The basic description for Shadow Storm Shot says it hits up to 6 enemies, yet the fourth upgrade (which is supposed to increase the amount of mobs hit) says it allows you to hit 6 enemies when charged. Given this is the same number as the basic skill says it hits, it's not actually an upgrade.
Is one of these descriptions a typo? If so, which one?

It's supposed to hit 4 enemies uncharged, I think. Maxed sss skill mastery (which adds 5 targets) hits up to a total of 9 mobs. Not sure though :)

maybe u saw it after u put skill point in charge hit 6...bt if u respec and see..first one hits lesser...
It hits 4 enemies uncharged. Which is why 10/10 mastery (+5 enemies) hits 9 enemies uncharged. First description is misleading, I agree. The "up to 6 mobs" refers to the max enemies of charged sss.

Unless I am misunderstanding you, that's not the case for me...both these ss are with the 4th upgrade un-activated. So the description bug would be in the main skill description.Quote:

Hmmm. I just re-specced and forgot to check before I added skill mastery. Must be a typo/bug on the main skill description, but it updates no. of enemies correctly when you add the mastery. Misleading bug.

so probably the aoe upgrade mistakenly change the number of target description...
wait, aaaaaah, so the problem is the upgrade description? the expected (description and real) is +2 more target for charged sss, maybe?
