Cult Crypts access bug!

I know this has another thread but saw no solution or comments from the devs. Also that none had posted a comment experiencing what I am sharing here. Just found that some of my characters have access to the hidden passage in FH and some do not. So me and a friend who had the same problem ran the whole map series to no avail. Then we began doing the quest, and since my friend had done some of the quest was finished first and tried to access the crypt but still could not. We figured this is because we created some of our characters after the rework of FH which are the ones that cannot gain access except by creating the room. The older ones have it, even the ones that have not done the quest. Can we get a dev to look into this?
