I think it's when you spawn in fathom crypt you talk to the sarcophagus and it'll let you in
No that's the hidden passage, I'm looking for the level with vynxaar.
The Vyxnaar dungeon was removed after an "update" a few months ago

You can get the demon claws still. Tap on the sarcophagus in the town. Farm the bosses at the end. But yes the vyx helms are disc.
