Depends on your class, needs, situation, your question is so random.
Mage : Pve
SnS, Nekro.
PvP: Nekro.
Rogue: Pve: SnS.
PvP : Nekro
Warrior : PvE : Munch mouth, Shady and surge.
PvP : Munch Mouth.

Actually munch and mouth is pretty good as for happy bonus for rogue and mage for pvp and pve
