Suggestion: Guild Stash

Our Guild, Neon Genesis, is big on helping each other out. It sure would be great to have a Guild Stash which any guild members could access. Some Guilds might want to restrict withdrawals to Officers or GM. This would let us have a Guild Treasury and Armory!!
