Platium problem

I purchaced a 165 plat in app purchace 2 days ago. Usually i get the plat in like 36 hrs but this time it didint. And to make things worse i decided to go to my other email account and login to my rarely used (used it like 2wice only)account and my plat went to that account. Im rly mad right now because i dont use this account and theres 165 plat in it. If i cant get a solution soon i will no longer play this game. Pls help
