Hasn't it always?
The change was only to make the bosses immune, so the strategy of fighting them all at once could be preserved. For a bit after they said they fixed it, Harley could still be frozen, but I haven't seen any bosses be frozen now since about two updates ago.
So work only on mobs and boss no?

Right, it was never supposed to work on bosses. The mastery says "weaker enemies." I think it's powerful enough considering it works on big and/or elite enemies :).

Really? I hadn't experienced it since I think the gauntlet came out.
They worked on mobs yes, But i think they worked also in Bosses.Quote:
