Hello, so i saw when i charged normal attack with hooks before i made them into vanity it was red now after making it vanity its commonly blue, can we have the same color in both versions? red.

it was because the arcane hooks no longer in ARCANE rarity (red)..its now in VANITY rarity (blue)..so yes it wont gv u the red vfx unless u have the same hooks as ur weapon and in the same time wearing the hooks vanity..but it will be the most stupid thing to do[emoji38]
Can all the level 56 arcane's also be given the red charging effect they should have.

The visual effect comes from the weapon, not the vanity. Unless I have a lightsabre:

then i believe (if im not mistake) the only weapons that do produce red colour vfx when charged only comes from old arcane weapons ;Maul of Ollerus,Kershal Scepter,Blackbeard's Nefarious Hooks.new one like lvl 46s and 56s does not hv the red colour (based on my exp before this using maul ollerus, kershal and dragon hunter sword)
