City location

I sold my tavern house but i forgot to craft back my city location, anyone know how to craft back so i can sell it, im using starter house now and it wont let me craft it back. I dont want to buy tavern deed again.. anyone knows how?

There are 3 options I can think of which may be the only ways:
1. Borrow a tavern deed from a good friend for 5mins to pack up ur location.
2. Email sts if they can do it for you.
3. Buy another tavern to pack it up.
