Night is open to anyone who wants to join.
There is no function, no mission, no over-riding principles for the guild, no requirements, no rules, no attendance. The only thing that will get you booted is whatever earns you a ban from STS.
I created it for access to the T3 stim/enhancer terminals, nothing more. If you want to join, look me up in game: Gloam.
