2k16 speed boost sets

Please allow their speed in pvp and ctf. We'll be fast... but useless lol

Not so useless in CTF. In fact, much too useful in CTF.

All they'd have to do is use speed set to get to base then switch into better endgame gear. Not the brightest idea in the toolbox...
