Either buy from CS, forums "Trader's Market" or you have to get lucky and loot one from opening locked crates.........Quote:

Do not pay overpriced level 26/31 with gems, you lose those gems during upgrade to 36, waste of money. Just buy clean versions.
Himingleva's mythic helm is OP, if you stick high-end jewels/gems in it. Mine had eye gem, two supers and it lasted me til level 46.
