Cursed skulls question

Hey guys, does the cursed skulls life drain have any effect at max lvl? I know it can only be put in lv46 items or below, but I have arcane ring, PP, and glint aegis. I had a few skulls laying around and thought it might be cool, especially if the life drain had some noticeable effect.

P.s. I DON'T need to be told that the mana from skulls isn't needed for warrior, all I want to know is if the life drain has any effect, and if so, what is does.

Still wondering, does anyone know if the life drain has any effect at endgame?

As I remember, normal skull has 2.5% hp life drain, grand skull has 5% but the proc chance is low. I think it's useless at any levels.
