make glintstone set function in a jewel

hello, might be good if we have mythic rarity jewel in the future, my suggestion is to make (reduced) glinstone set functions into a jewel

let's say we'll have:

1. l50 glintstone warlord jewel : only give first time bonus of +10 str, and enable warrior to throw 2nd axe at 80% chance in pve, and 50% chance in pvp
2. l50 glintstone slayer jewel : give first time bonus of +10 dex, and enable trap to pull and stun at 80% chance in pve, and 50% chance in pvp
3. l50 glintstone arcanist jewel : give first time bonus of +10 int, and enable lightning to chain at 80% chance in pve, and 50% chance in pvp (mage's glinstone set function is the least favored from all other, so an improved and non-reduced function will be good)

let's say we can craft the jewel from certain new items dropped by elite underhul bosses, and recipe automatically given by quest after finishing glinstone set
