Devs help me out here!!!

Ok so this may not be for forums but not sure if contacting a mod or dev through forums that I'd get a reply.

So i got banned hmmm I'd say about 2 months ago, i sent a ticket the other day, usually i get a reply in a couple hours or a day, but it's been about 5 days now, I'm trying to get my account back with all my might lol, i lost alot and people who knew me knew i worked long and hard for what i had achieved in the game, my ticket explained everything, so many people are devastated that my account got banned, i just want to know if will ever get a email returned back to me, or can i at least talk to someone about my account, i hate seeing it gone and playing AL all i think about is wanting to play on my account, 2 years of hard work gone.

Please Spacetime help me out, i can't deal with my account being gone. 😭
