How do i get the Dreamscape weapon recipe?

The recipes will appear once you reach level 66 in the crafting section I think.

Try this:
1. Be level 66 and ( talk to an NPC to go nightmare, once u have the recipe appears if I remember correctly). You should get a quest complete message on your quests when u reach level 66
