Locks chests and luck

In arcane legends i have spent 13425 plat and i have opened atleast 50-150 massive locks and i have not got an arcane mythic or heroic item/egg from any of them and its kind of getting on my nerves because my friend opened (1) lock and got ((2)) Heroic Kris. Then in elite garetta maps such as underhul/glint caverns i dont get any gold from the bosses i just get chests... Ive tried and open over 150 Elite golden warchest III and i didnt even get a mythic but my friend who spent only 1m on the Elite golden puzzle box II LOOTED 2 Kershals.. Can you guys fix this please, ive played this game for years and i havent even hit 50m gold yet...
