PC - mobile differences

Something I've always wondered is why the PC version of arcane legends is different to the mobile version.
The PC app has a longer range - the zoom scale is bigger than that of a mobile version. PC players get an edge over mobile users as they can get a larger view distance and so have a increased time to react. This is only applicable to PvP of course and I know it's only a little advantage but it does go a fairly long way in pvp since for a rogue timing is everything.

Note: I play using Google pixel XL and I have played on PC before and noticed the difference. Not sure if this is the same for all mobile / iPad users but I know other players have also noticed it.

Question to Devs: was this intentional? If not, why has it not been addressed over the years?

Oh you play on pixel XL does the bottom bar block you in auction xD I know that's annoying

I guess the game is adjusted for the PC differently intentional for the best gameplay or experience.
