Has anyone else experienced a delay from the time they purchase plat and when they get it? I purchased plat hours ago and haven't gotten it yet, one time I got my plat two days after purchasing it :/. Is anyone else having this issue? :confused:

I think it depends on the way you purchase.
My purchases via in game or direct on the Webpage (using a PC/MAC) have always been instant. But there have been reports of delays using the webpage (www.pocketlegends.com) via a mobile device. I think its something to do with the banking and delays via mobile devices...
Yea it happens all the time when I used my Mastercard. Sometimes it's instantly added to my account.
(p.s. I am using google checkout.)

I've had 3 purchases that never went through, even though I had a pending charge on my debit card but the charge didnt go through. Strange. But alll other purchases have granted me plat within 30 seconds.
Yeah I just had this issue my plat usually appears as soon as I buy it but I bought some last Wednesday and didn't get it till Monday afternoon when sts responded to my complaint about missing out on getting the hover turkey cause it took so long but they made me happy
yea ive had this before. if on apple it is on apples side, not sts
I'm on an android phone, it used to be pretty instant but I have yet to receive my plat, I hate to do this but I guess its complaint time :(
