Just wondering how good the ebon gun is. How much damage does proc do against lvl 71 enemies? Does it proc on skills and does it proc often?
i tried it when it was release, damage is good but the AA suppose to do multiple damage to other enemies i dont see it often.. heal is decent..
I feel the ebon for mages staff or gun are underwhelm (no love for mages) ****
