Respec Power Points Scroll for DL?

Wha abt a Scroll to respect Power Points like in AL?

I would agree normally, but I change builds frequently and test builds frequently and as a pvper I prefer Respec quickly with plat. Maybe if they made that an optional feature and kept the 8 plat option.

tbh for test builds we need a system for duel specting

a test room would be nice but i also would like to have duel specing so u can change powers without having to respec every time and wast plat

Also Locked Password Rooms would be nice, or maybe a Locked Player list
