Important questions for cinco

1. The in-game patch notes/news section thing says we must cap by Monday (29th) to earn the rewards. The in-game npc and a forum post say we must cap by August 1st. When do we actually have to cap by for fast-cap rewards?

2. Does raging set work in the new maps? Some people told me it doesn’t.

3. Do multiplier stats stack? I’ve been under the impression that they dont stack (aside from like the weeklong elix thing). What I mean is I thought if you have a 2x blessing and a raging set equipped, you only get 2x the stats and not 4x. People have been telling me I am wrong but I thought cinco said in the past that they dont stack.
