I had a tavern before, I just crafted it into a deed and I got my winter wonderland location, but the graveyard location did not pack. If you go to Edit-Location in starter house, for graveyard it says "*Can't be used with this house" and you can't craft location anymore.
You need to unpack all the locations first before crafting the tavern deed.
The game does not auto pack graveyard location for you like it did with winter wonderland. That's the bug.Quote:

Converting a house to a deed doesn't do anything to locations, you have to choose to do it yourself, while that location is active. The winter one wouldn't have converted automatically either.
