after clearing arcanum grounds and then going back, to do the destroy the artifact quest, there is an exclamation mark but the crystal is not there and you cannot continue the quest.

Known issue, just haven't gotten around to fixing it.
Zoning a few times, switching characters, or logging out for a few minutes fixes it.
