The DOT Damage from Proc does not get higher at all when Rage Ultimate is active. It's the same with or without Rage active from what I can tell. All other Damage Buffs work with Proc. Is this intended for this Wep? Or a possible Bug?

the proc damage increases when ebon armor proc is active so rage ulti should increase the proc damage too
I believe war damage pts is affecting proc damage scale. I test between having 2.8k dmg vs 4k without have lix n buff, dmg diff is like 1-2k diff.
Also, try to proc on witch debuff on mausoleum, u really can see proc dmg getting weakened, under 1k dmg pertick.
So possibly it is a bug within the ultimate

Rage affects strength, not damage, and the aura doesn't give bonuses for direct strength. Only 1% of strength contributes directly to the damage statistic, so only that portion of rage affects the aura damage.Quote:
