Is heroic harrys damage broken? When I equip him (hes slotted) the 15% damage gives less than my toors 15% damage...
Hopefully that makes sense...
With Heroic Harry equip I have ~2500dmg but with toor I have ~2750dmg.
Honestly Ive no idea if this was intended but by just reading the stats it seems incorrect.
Reply if this is happening to you or if Im stupid and am doing something wrong.

15% elite damage. Not normal damage
% elite and % boss will not increase your stat display.
As you can see, after it says "+300 mana," it says "+15 damage," The comma becomes before it says anything else which still makes me believe the damage is bugged.Quote:

No you misunderstood, its just literally +15 damage for example you have 4,000dmg it will just be 4015. 15% is whole other thing so in 4,000 damage the additional damage will be 600dmg.Quote:

As others have said, it's 15 damage, not 15% damage, and is working as intended.

This +15 dmg is the same way how para works, aswell as Chaos jewels.
The most accurate formula to convert base dmg to raw is:
[BaseDmg]x[%BonusDmg]x[100%+ other%dmg multipliers if they stack]
Bonus Dmg = 100% as base + 100 + Primary Stat/2
Assuming you have 700% bonus dmg with Heroic Harry, with no other %dmg multipliers that stack:
Then 15*7*1 = 95dmg
