Help me please !!

Hi guyes im on pvp since 2017 and i want you guyes ask what to do in this situaction:
I was 11lvl pvp like 2 years and i decided to go 14lvl pvp soo i just went on maps to lvl up and when i was on 13lvl i decided to take quest ( dead city in krobox for 300xp ), and thats was the worse think i have ever done...
And now im lvl 15 and on my rogue main pvp i losted heroic mishi, thats why im writing to you guyes, if anyone of you know where to write to STS for made me 1lvl lower or some good informations, than PLEASE sent me a private message or comment bellow. Really thanks for reading this post :( <3

Make another account .many good pets atm for pvp.
