Alright so I was thinking about how people think that Engineers are the weakest of all classes so here's a weird suggestion I have lol.
Alright so i think that Engineers need a skill that would regen their mana and a skill that would boost crit. or dodge with the effect of losing some armor for the duration. I thought that this would help Engi alot so what do you guys think?
Yes, could be good, though the mana regen isn't in engi's top priorities, in both pve and pvp (either you have enough natural regen or you die before being oom).
With an armor debuff progression like for Increase Mass debuff, with it being negated at max level, maybe.
The engineers can already boost their mana regeneration.

Revive has also a buff that adds +1 m/s.
Force Shield allows +1 m/s under lvl4 and +2 at higher levels.
Before adding any skills to any class.
Focus should be on fixing all broken skills. Then actually see what can be done to balance classes
