You can't get it anymore. It was elite level cap vanity award item when level cap was 56.

i predict ur next post is somthing like: this is not fair, i want it too.. etc etc.
but it would be unfair if ppl would get the crown now in some other way than we had to get. it was at the time where didnt exist any plat elixiers. we had to use xp elix of 1k/3k/6k gold, it was very expensive/long way to 56, not comparable to any grind like nowadays.
if u want collect a vanity set, begin with fang and get more in the future dungeons, thats the only way

Iyesaja, if you already have the dingy crown I believe that that one can't be crafted into the COP either since you had to have crafted it either during the sewers era or around the beginning of the Nuris era.
