You could probably change the keyboard layout at the OS level or something, but we don't support key remapping in the web client currently, no.
Are there plans on changing that? Would be quite nice especially for hotbar etc.Quote:

No plans as far as I'm aware - web client is a tiny portion of our playerbase, and alternate keyboard layouts an even smaller portion of that.
