Arcane Legends editor mode

I do not know if this proposal has been before, I do not know how good it is ...
Has editor mode ever been spoken of in some way? Where talented players can work on layouts like maps, dungeons, and cities? a different area where such talented players can upload said designs... Obviously these maps would not be playable ... they would be in order to load new ideas and make them testable.
