What's behind the skills and attributes?

Hey.
I love theory crafting, thus I'm interested in calculating the best attributes and best rotations.
Has anyone got any numbers yet? Or has some of the Devs released formulas yet?
I'm still a bit unsure of how the mechanisms work.

My point is that I'm not sure if Dex is any good after reaching the hitcap, besides that, I've done some calculations, and it seems Dex doesn't affect the weapon speed, assuming the DPS of a weapon is average damage per hit combined with the weapon speed.
