About so. I just ran through Dynastar to Cycorp with no luck.
A friend of mine got the Bone ears from Mysterious Figure in Shipyards L5.
It shouldnt be this hard, so I am sure they will patch it.

To answer your question, since the previous SL update they made the ears a bit more common to find. But they could drop from any boss at anytime.
I saw Bone ears drop from Mysterious Figure. Shipyard lvl 5
they drop from bosses any map
