At and above your level gives more xp, pick a map where you die least to protect your kdr :p
I think festerfang with a good fast team and then vardan valley when you no longer get experience in festerfang
If those are too difficult, do Hauntlet.
Festerfang and Vardan are good for drops and currencies, so if you can do them, do so.
