Can't play on google

hi, i'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but here i go.
I've been trying to play AL on my pc as i used to do before but for some reason it just freeze when charging my character, i can log in normal but it just stop right away. i clean cache, cookies, updated the app but it didn't work. any ideas? TY

I'm guessing this means you're playing the web version? If so, open the developer tools, then do whatever makes it freeze, and pm me whatever shows up in the javascript console.
