Energy regen time decreased from 5 minutes to 4 minutes while in the hall.

Will promote guildies hanging out with each other...

Something that was stated as being one of many reasons why energy was implemented:

That's actually a great idea. Especially sense there is currently no reason to have the top tier guild hall, this would be perfect.
