Level 76-81 legendary belts

The lv 77 - 81 legendary belts give less stats than the lv 76 belts and they also give less stats than the epic and rare belts from 77-81.
76 belt gives 81 dex, lv 81 epic belt gives 75 dex and the 81 legendary belt gives 66 dex.
