Did we have a 2X Double Boss loot elixir sale this year?

I just wanted to double check with you guys in case I maybe missed it. I checked Announcements and the only ones we've had are in 2017 and 2019. Given that it happens during odd number years I'm assuming this year would have one? Or maybe I missed it and it wasn't announced.
